The Paragon Management trip was a HUGE success! I spent most of the day doing an extended lecture, something few speakers are asked to do and then, they requested I return again next year! It is quite an honor to be requested two years in a row.
I spent a good portion of the evening and night speaking to other doctors, answering questions and explaning the new bits of improvement in my techniques. The sheer number of dentists and assistants that sought me out was humbling, yet rewarding. To know I'm providing better dentistry that helps not only the doctors and thier helpers but thier patients is something money simply can't buy. And that other professionals in my profession still seek me out for my opinions, talents and to learn what I have learned gives me a great satisfaction that my work is truely worthwhile.
I will continue to advance dentistry to the best of my humble abilities. In fact, I have a few ideas to improve all bur performance that I am currently testing out. More on that later!
